For years, like most in our industry, we placed orders, factories produced them, and we shipped the goods.

Until last year, when I made a pivotal decision: to invest in our own factory.

Today, I want to openly share why I firmly believe owning an independent factory is the best way to provide you with exceptional value.

When we place orders with factories, they source materials or manufacture components. In this chain, both we and our customers remain completely unaware of the actual production process, material selection, or quality control. Products we order may encounter unscrupulous factories cutting corners, resulting in substandard items reaching consumers and eroding trust in our brand.

A portion of what you pay isn't invested in improving product quality or innovation—it's consumed by maintaining the supply chain itself. When quality issues arise, accountability becomes exceptionally difficult. Parties often shift blame, prolonging resolution cycles and ultimately harming our users' experience.
