VOOMEY - Shipping and Delivery Policy

At VOOMEY, we believe transforming your space should be fun, not a waiting game. That's why we're committed to making your shopping and receiving experience as smooth and hassle-free as our paint tools.

1. Order Processing Time
We typically process and pack all orders received by 10 PM on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) within 1-2 business days. After your order is confirmed, you will receive an email containing your order details.

2. Shipping Regions & Carriers
Domestic Shipping: We currently serve primarily the United States (48 contiguous states) and Canada.

International Shipping: We are actively expanding VOOMEY's creative experience to more creators worldwide. For shipping availability and costs to specific countries, please contact our customer service team.

Carriers: We partner with reliable logistics providers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx to ensure your package arrives safely and on time.

3. Shipping Cost Calculation
Shipping costs are automatically calculated and displayed at checkout based on your selected shipping method, delivery address, and item weight/dimensions. We occasionally offer free shipping promotions—stay tuned to our website and social media channels!

4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll immediately send a tracking number and link to your order confirmation email. Use this number to track your package's real-time status on our carrier's official website.

5. International Duties & Taxes
Orders shipped to Canada and other international regions may incur import duties, taxes, and customs processing fees. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by the carrier or customs upon arrival in the destination country. VOOMEY cannot predict or control these fees. We recommend contacting your local customs office for details in advance.

6. Delivery Issues? We've Got You Covered!
While we strive to ensure smooth deliveries, issues can occasionally arise. If you encounter any of the following situations:

- Tracking information hasn't been updated for an extended period.
- Your package hasn't arrived after the estimated delivery date.
- The packaging is severely damaged upon receipt.
